| This is a blank panel that replaces the gauge cluster in 87-89 or 90-93 Mustangs. It features a brushed or polished aluminum finish and is able to be custom cut to accomodate a variety of aftermarket gauges. Full instructions are included on cutting the holes for mounting and installing high-beam and turn-signal lights (not included).
